Can we go to more than one location?
Of course!  We will try to fit in as many locations as possiblein your allotted time-frame. Please discuss your preferred locations with your photographer 2 days before the shoot date on your fire-up call.

I really love some of the photos on the website - Can these be recreated during our shoot?
Absolutely!  Again, please discuss any requests with your photographer, prior to the shoot.

What happens if we plan an outdoor shoot and it rains?
Please don't fear the ever-changing weather conditions!(we certainly don't)  It is advisable to consider alternative locations in the event of adverse weather conditions, though.

What should I wear, and what props should I have ready? - Have you any recommendations?
Please consult our downloadable shoot guide. Your photographer will also prepare you during your fire-up call prior to the shoot.

Can my son/daughters Grandparents also be in the shoot?
Certainly, it is a family shoot after all! Please do inform us of any additional family members prior to the shoot.

When do we get to see the photos?
Our standard turnaround is 1-2 weeks (for digital images only) although it may take up to 3 weeks during busy periods. We will endeavour to update you frequently on the progress of your finished work.

How much photo editing do you do?
We like to keep all shots natural to accurately capture your family at play and consequently only do fine, subtle work on skin. Please remember we are not a makeover studio, but we can take special retouching requests, provided they are made prior to the shoot.

Can I upgrade my Experience after the shoot if I love the pictures & want more digital images?
Please contact us and this and we will try to accommodate any requests on an individual basis.

Can I order more albums for family members?
Of course you can! Please contact us to discuss.

What if I don't want you to use my pictures for promotional purposes?
You will be given the option to opt out on your order form, but if you wish later on to change your view on this, please feel free to contact us.

Can I refer more than one friend and do I get more money in return?
Absolutely! You will be refunded 10% of your total spend with us for EVERY paying family group you refer to us. This can be as many as you wish!

When and how will I receive my 10% Friend Referral Refund?
We will refund the 10% to your chosen account as soon as your friend has completed full payment of their shoot with us.
